Well, last night’s going deep to the core at ramen shooting…not to be confused with the 5 gun shootings in that area the night before … was a great noise show. The GUEST BOOKER was STEVE DAVIS of +DOG+. It featured +DOG+ [of course] from L.A., and the Sacramento bands INSTAGON, KLOWD, NIGHT NURSE … and of course, FRANK MOORE’S CHEROTIC ALL-STAR BAND. Actually the musicians floated among all of the bands all night. Because of the freezing cold, the all-stars broke from tradition and went first … because cold/nudity required it! Everybody was in the all-stars! Steve and Lob were on bass [hey, I played Steve’s bass!]. John the Baker beat the roto-toms and anything else he spied! The masked Night Nurse and Klowd seduced their mad scientists’ machines as the Nurse’s theremin player made passes. Of course, Linda, Erika, and I rubbed naked erotic songs, going farther into the explicit wilds. In fact the musicians brought a lusty innocent abandonment … a curiosity to search out new altered states of vibrating sensation. In fact for the rest of the night each band induced such subtle states. And I filled in with interviewing the bands, giving John and Lob well-deserved hard times, and singing with Screaming Jay Hawkins, Bo Diddley, Fats Domino, etc. WHAT A SHOW!

And in 2 weeks we will top it when Fluff Grrl’s Bob, Rev. Boom, and I will be bimbo go-go nude dancers!
